Ocean utilizes advanced dry-method negative-pressure refining technology, and can be heated using either steam or heat transfer oil. It also recovers secondary steam heat energy, achieving a 2/3 reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional methods. The refining time and temperature during production can be adjusted via computer, allowing for automated and continuous refining processes. It is equipped with Ocean’s unique energy-saving device to maximize heat energy recovery.
We can customize production lines based on customer needs, including for animal fats such as beef tallow, lard, and poultry fat, fish oil, etc. We offer complete extraction and refining production lines with capacities ranging from 5 to 200 tons per day.
