We have established a comprehensive quality assurance system with a dedicated team, including eight major responsibility control systems: design, process, welding, materials, physical and chemical testing, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, and inspection and testing. The quality assurance system management is strictly implemented, and the system is well-established. We have GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certifications, and qualifications for designing and manufacturing Class I and Class II pressure vessels.

Our factory currently owns 9 bridge and gantry cranes, 3 cranes with a 32-ton capacity, 4 cranes with a 10-ton capacity, and 3 cranes with a 5-ton capacity. We have 5 plate rolling machines (including one for cold rolling with a thickness of 40mm and two for cold rolling with a thickness of 20mm), 6 shearing machines with a maximum cutting thickness of 20mm, 2 radiographic inspection machines (one 3505 circumferential machine and one 2505 circumferential machine), 1 ultrasonic testing device, 1 thickness gauge, 1 material testing spectrometer, 5 automatic longitudinal seam welding machines, 8 argon arc welders, 2 CNC plasma cutting machines, and 1 laser cutting machine and 1 wire cutting device. There are also 8 vacuum sintering furnaces and over 30 units of equipment, including CNC lathes, horizontal lathes, radial drills, punch presses, hydraulic presses, bending machines, and leveling machines.
