1.Extraction Section
Pre-treated materials enter a closed-loop extractor where solvent percolates through the bed, dissolving oils efficiently. The system maintains optimal temperature and solvent-to-material ratio, ensuring residual oil in meal below 0.5%. A gas detection system and automatic interlocks prevent solvent leakage and ensure safety.
2.Desolventizing & Toasting (DTDC)
Wet meal containing solvent is conveyed to a multi-layer DTDC desolventizer-toaster. Through indirect heating, direct steam stripping, and hot/cold air treatment, solvent is fully removed, meal moisture and temperature are adjusted, and final meal quality meets feed standards. Solvent vapors are recovered for heat reuse
3.Mixed Oil Evaporation
Mixed oil from the extractor undergoes two-stage negative-pressure evaporation. Secondary steam from the DTDC and waste steam from ejectors are reused as heat sources, greatly reducing fresh steam consumption. Oil concentration reaches over 95% before entering the stripping tower.
4.Solvent Stripping & Oil Recovery
Concentrated mixed oil is treated in a vacuum stripping tower with direct steam to reduce residual solvent below 300ppm. Finished oil is cooled through a heat exchanger and sent to storage. Solvent vapors are condensed and recovered.
5.Solvent Condensation & Recycling
All solvent vapors from various stages are condensed through a multi-stage condensation system. Condensates enter a water separator for automatic solvent-water separation. Solvent is recycled to the system, and wastewater is treated to meet discharge standards.
6.Tail Gas Recovery
Uncondensed gases pass through a mineral oil absorption system, where solvent is absorbed and later desorbed for reuse. Cleaned gas is discharged safely, minimizing solvent loss and environmental impact.
