Product classification

  • Oils and fats are a mixture of triacylglycerols with different melting points.Fractionation means to separate them through different temperature.

  • The fractionation technology developed by OCEAN can be used for high melting point oil, such as palm oil,cottonseed oil, lard, tallow, chicken oil, fish oil, etc.

  • By utilizing advanced crystallization equipment, filtration and pressing technology, and precise automatic temperature control technology, palm oil products with different melting points, such as 6℃, 8℃, 10℃, 14℃, 18℃, 24℃, 33℃, 44℃ and 55℃ can be obtained, The entire process is controlled by computer and operates fully automatically.
