Oil refining, is to selectively separate oil accompaniment from oil by physical and chemical methods. lt aims to remove harmful ingredients to human body, to enhance oil storage stability, to improve oil flavour and colour.

Oil refining process includes hydration degumming, alkali refining, absorbent  bleaching and high-temperature vacuum deodorization. lt is suitable to most of oils,including lard, butter, chicken oil, fish oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil,peanut oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, maize oil, palm oil, peony seed oil, tea seed oil,sesame seed oil, etc.

The capacity of oil refining equipment can be designed according to customers'  requirements,including 1, 3，5，10，20，30，50，100，150，200，300，450，600，800，1000TPD.

Zero waste water discharge degumming process
After neutralization reaction, there is no need to add water to wash oil. Qualified degummed oil can be obtained after adsorption of adding filter aid and drying . There is no wastewater to discharge, so it is eco-friendly and economic benefit is obvious.
Physical deacidification process uses energy-saving and eco-friendly  technologies, and new generation plate-type soft deodorizing system, suitable for mixed refining of crude oil with poor quality.
