In fermented feed production, mixing and inoculation are the critical steps where strains, raw materials, and hot water are uniformly combined. The uniformity of mixing directly determines the consistency of subsequent fermentation results.
Ocean's fermentation solutions feature a combined design of a twin-shaft paddle mixer and fermentation trolleys, achieving efficient, uniform, anti-adhesion mixing, inoculation, and fermentation.
Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixer: The Core of Efficient and Uniform Mixing
The mixer adopts a twin-shaft paddle structure, with all material-contact parts made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no contamination. The mixer has an effective volume of 4 cubic meters, with a batch mixing capacity (including strain liquid) of 1,000 to 1,200 kilograms. Mixing takes only about 3 minutes per batch, with a throughput of 8 to 10 batches per hour. The equipment is also equipped with a small-proportion material inlet for adding trace additives or functional ingredients.
Fermentation Trolley: Smart Design for Anti-Adhesion and Anti-Residue
After mixing and inoculation, the material is directly discharged into 8-cubic-meter fermentation trolleys. Each trolley can hold 4 batches of mixed material, equivalent to approximately 3 tons of dry matter.
The fermentation box features a carbon steel frame for structural strength. All material-contact surfaces are made of high-polymer composite materials with excellent anti-adhesion and anti-sticking properties, preventing material from adhering to the inner walls. The fermentation box is designed with a full-opening door and a slide plate mechanism, ensuring smooth discharge while preventing residue accumulation and arching. This design not only ensures complete material flow but also significantly reduces the difficulty and frequency of manual cleaning.
Discharge and Conveying: Seamless Automation
After fermentation is complete, the trolley discharges material into a stainless steel multi-screw conveyor. The conveying speed is regulated by variable-frequency control, and the material is then smoothly transferred to the dryer via a scraper conveyor, achieving seamless integration from fermentation to drying.
Ocean provides full-chain equipment and services from mixing and inoculation to fermentation and drying, delivering efficient, stable, and easy-to-clean fermentation production lines.
