  • Do you offer lab-scale and pilot-scale test services?

    • Yes, we do. Our joint laboratory with Henan University of Technology is fully equipped with complete lab-test and pilot-test facilities, and we accept raw materials sent by customers for testing experiments.

  • What is the maximum processing capacity of your molecular distillation technology? What products can you purify with this technology?

    • Our pilot equipment handles raw materials ranging from kilograms to hundreds of kilograms. Our successful purification cases are as follows:

       · Purify diglycerides from an initial content of 8% up to 70%;

       · Extract Vitamin E from soybean oil deodorizer distillate and raise its purity to 80%–96%.

  • What maximum Iodine Value (IV) can you achieve via palm oil fractionation?

    • With two-stage or even three-stage fractionation processes, we can stably produce premium liquid palm oil with an Iodine Value (IV) above 71. The oil remains clear after a 5.5-hour cold test at 0°C.

  • What pretreatment solutions do you provide for Used Cooking Oil (UCO)? How can you help me cut downstream processing costs?

    • We supply an integrated pretreatment process package consisting of impurity adsorption, degumming, bleaching and deacidification. Its core advantages are listed below:

      1.Catalyst protection: Over 99% of impurities, Free Fatty Acids (FFA), moisture and peroxides in UCO are eliminated. This greatly extends the service life of precious metal catalysts used in subsequent hydrogenation processes for biodiesel or Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), with an estimated service life extension of 30%–50%.

      2.Lower unit consumption: Reduce consumption of chemical reagents such as acids, alkalis and bleaching earth.

      3.Better end-product quality: Pretreated UCO features lighter color and superior stability.

  • How do you purify natural tocopherol (Vitamin E) from deodorizer distillate (DD oil)? What benefits can your process bring to my business?

    • We adopt a combined esterification and molecular distillation process. It concentrates mixed tocopherols from around 20% in raw DD oil to over 80%, even above 96% (refer to chromatogram test data). The key benefits for you include:

       · Value creation from waste: Convert refining by-products into high-value finished products.

       · Proven stable technology: The process has been validated on full-scale industrial equipment, minimizing risks during your process scale-up.

       · High purity standard: The output meets the requirements of pharmaceutical-grade and food-grade antioxidants.
