Update: Yihai Grain and Oil Equipment (Soapnut Project) has completed the loading stage. Zhengzhou Ocean Shipping will provide a series of excellent after-sales services, including technical guidance, installation and debugging, and follow-up investigations, to customers purchasing equipment.

Vegetable oil is a necessity in people’s lives, processed from crops such as soybeans, peanuts, rapeseed, corn, sunflower seeds, and others. During the refining process, a by-product called soapnut is produced.

Yihai (Taizhou) Grain and Oil Industry Co., Ltd.'s soapnut and oil foot project (referred to as “the Project”) is located on the west side of Shugang North Road in Yong’an Zhou Town, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a building area of 835 square meters. The Project plans to use physical separation method to process soapnut and oil foot produced during vegetable oil processing.

Zhengzhou Ocean strictly follows a standardized and scientific process system during the loading operation. It adopts an integrated approach of personnel, vehicles, and mechanical lifting to ensure the safe arrival of equipment needed for the Yihai soapnut project at the site. Currently, the Yihai Grain and Oil Equipment (Soapnut) project has entered the installation and production phase.

Strictly adhere to firefighting laws and regulations, implement firefighting safety responsibilities, and carry out firefighting safety duties;

According to project requirements, this project will be shipped in complete equipment form without welding or assembly on-site. Before packaging and shipping, all equipment is dried at the environmental dew point temperature. All external black metal surfaces (excluding gasket surfaces) are painted in the workshop according to project requirements. Flange surfaces and other exposed machined surfaces are coated with removable rust preventive agents;

All pipe connections are sealed to prevent debris or rainwater from entering the equipment during transportation;

Upon arrival at the project site, services such as installation guidance, commissioning guidance, and personnel training will be provided.
