In 2009, Zhengzhou Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of a 1500T/D soybean pretreatment and expansion, extraction, and 300T/D primary oil refining production line project for Dongguan Yingfeng Oil and Meal Industry Co., Ltd. in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.

Dongguan Yingfeng Oil and Meal Industry Co., Ltd. was established in August 2006 and is located in the economically prosperous Pearl River Delta region. The company covers an area of approximately 66,000 square meters, with a fixed asset investment of 150 million RMB. It has an annual processing capacity of 450,000 tons of oilseeds, a raw material storage capacity of 30,000 tons, and an oil product storage capacity of 10,000 tons. The company possesses domestically advanced oil production and refining production lines, with the main equipment imported from abroad. Its primary products are salad oil and expanded defatted soybean meal.

Soybean oil

Applicable for soybeans, cottonseeds, rapeseeds, camellia seeds, sunflower seeds, rice bran, corn germs and other oilseeds.

Main equipment: thin film evaporator, etc.

Product introduction: Soybean concentrated lecithin is a product made from the by-product of refined soybean oil - hydrated oil foot as raw material. It is produced through vacuum continuous thin film evaporation dehydration, followed by decolorization and liquidation treatment, and then dried to obtain the lecithin product.

Soybean Powder

Product Introduction: Soybean Powder Lecithin is produced using concentrated soybean lecithin as raw material, solvent extraction with acetone, high-efficiency mixing, oil removal, continuous separation by centrifuge, and preparation by vacuum drying.

Soybean Protein 
Concentrate Production Line

Product introduction: Soybean protein concentrate production is based on low-temperature meal as raw material, through the removal of soluble sugars, ash, and other soluble trace components in the low-temperature meal, increasing the protein content to 65%-70%.

Product Introduction: Soybean protein isolate is prepared by alkali solubilization and acid precipitation method. Firstly, defatted meal is extracted with dilute alkali solution, and insoluble substances (mainly polysaccharides) in the meal are removed by centrifugation. Then, the pH value of the extract is adjusted to the isoelectric point of proteins with acid, causing protein coagulation and precipitation. The protein precipitate is separated, washed, neutralized, dried to obtain soybean protein isolate.

Soybean Dehulling 
and Extrusion Production Line

Applicable for soybeans and other oilseeds.

Main equipment: Vibrating screen, stone remover, crusher, dehuller, magnetic separator, conditioner (tempering tower), flaking machine, extruder, etc.

Product introduction: The soybean dehulling and extrusion production line can be specially designed to cater to the characteristics of oilseeds and meet different customer requirements. After dehulling and extrusion, soybeans can effectively improve the extraction and dissolution of oil in the embryos, and increase the protein content in the meal (up to 48%-50%). The key points of this production process are controlled by a computerized automation system, ensuring safety, hygiene, and smooth operation throughout the production process.
