Product introduction: The new corn oil winterization and dewaxing process developed by Zhengzhou Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. is computer-controlled, with advanced technology and stable product quality. Compared to traditional dewaxing and degreasing processes using filter aids, this process has the following advantages:
(1) No need to add any filter aids, environmentally friendly product;
(2) Easy to filter, high yield of finished oil and fat;
(3) The by-product edible wax (fat) is pure, does not contain filter aids, can be directly used for edible wax production, without environmental pollution;
(4) High level of automation, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
100T/D Corn Oil Dewaxing Project
In 2010, Zhengzhou Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the 100T/D Corn Oil Dewaxing Project for Hebei Chang’an Oil and Fat Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.
Hebei Chang’an Oil and Fat Co., Ltd. was established in July 2001 as a private enterprise. The company processes 120,000 tons of cotton seeds annually, producing 18,000 tons of cottonseed oil, 60,000 tons of cottonseed meal, and 30,000 tons of cottonseed hulls. Its products are sold in provinces and cities such as Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Beijing-Tianjin, achieving an output value of over ten million yuan. The company has been recognized as a “Comprehensive Quality Management Standard Enterprise” by the Ministry of Agriculture, the “First Honest and Law-Abiding Enterprise in Hebei Province,” and a “Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization in Hebei Province.”
30T/D Sunflower Oil/Corn Oil Dewaxing Production Line
In 2011, Zhengzhou Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of a 50T/D rapeseed oil/sunflower oil refining and a 30T/D sunflower oil/corn oil dewaxing production line project for the Tuocheng City Grain Storage and Reserve Company’s green oil and fat plant.
The Tuocheng City Grain Storage and Reserve Company’s green oil and fat plant covers an area of 16,430.26 square meters and is a legally established oil processing enterprise with independent legal status. It is currently a state-owned enterprise under the Grain Storage and Reserve Company. The plant processes 150 tons of oilseeds per day for pressing, 80 tons of oilcake per day for extraction, and refines 30 tons of crude oil per day. With an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons, it can produce 10,000 tons of various oils and fats.
